This project may bring human rights in information and articles in recent and actual popular cultural topics and constructive conversations in big groups, in real time and monitoring by experts.
There will be a golden rule that an average person will need around two minutes to search all the news and articles of the day that he/she appreciates.
The experts will be voluntary people who give evidence that are skilled in the art, and then accepted by the government of each country / states.

This project only included its own countries / states and it is not for all countries and states.
The owners of the project will be any adult who want to.
The futures administrations will be big social groups without lucrative ends, who the own people respect.
The history of the project is that it was born from requests for help in February 2012.
I have made several attempts to build teams of programmers but always failed after the beginning.
I discussed personally with more than 2000 persons via IRC system and around 90% like the idea and almost all give good luck to the project.
Currently they are the last attempts in order to help as much as possible, because nearly all assumptions are exhausted, and will try my best until the end of the year.
