Dear Madam/Sir,
I hereby request non-financial support for a non-profit project for all citizens of the world who can read and have internet.
The aim is to give a large part of popular serious information, recent and current. It is chosen by volunteer experts of the themes by proposes received. And with a live chat for large groups, in conversations of different topics and also envisioned by experts.
It is almost to end up with some almost gaps in internet in cultural and social level.
The project belong to any adult who wants.
The entire system is well thought out.
This is the last year that I try for active help, because they are the last chances where I can find likely help for the programming part by volunteer programmers.
After the programming, is delivered to non-profit large social groups, who are credible by his own people for their administration by country / state, complying with local laws and project rules.
